Access off Airport Rd (This link will open in Google maps.) <\/a><\/b><a href=\"_wp_link_placeholder\">( 207 Airport Rd, Mitchell Park VIC 3355 )<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Traders<\/span>:<\/strong> $20\u00a0 per table\/position. This includes one person entry, plus the option for one extra helper\/assistant for the cost of $5. These entries do not include door prize tickets for general admittance. Any other persons are at the general admittance rate. Traders enter from 8AM. Traders are required to to prepay when booking to secure their tables and streamline entry on the day.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>General entry<\/strong><\/span> is $10 per person. This includes 5 tickets into the Door Prize offering;\u00a0 Wrist bands will be issued at gate entry. Use these wrist bands to collect your DoorPrize tickets inside the venue. General entry to the selling floor is from 10AM. <strong>NOTE:<\/strong> EFTPOS facilities will\u00a0 be available for entry. Any other persons are at the general admittance rate.<\/p>\n<p>An online booking is not considered until you make the payment. .<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"x193iq5w xeuugli x13faqbe x1vvkbs x1xmvt09 x1lliihq x1s928wv xhkezso x1gmr53x x1cpjm7i x1fgarty x1943h6x xudqn12 x3x7a5m x6prxxf xvq8zen xo1l8bm xzsf02u x1yc453h\" dir=\"auto\">Co-Location of Traders<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>If you are part of a group of\u00a0 traders, and you want to be co-located, then this will only be possible if the bookings are made *AT THE SAME TIME*.<\/p>\n<p>So get yourself organised and make all your individual bookings at the same time. Indicate your co-location request in the \u201cother Comments\u201d field of the online form. Bookings will be confirmed on a first come, first served chronological basis. Bookings made on separate days, or over the space of a number of hours risk not being able to be co-located. We all aim for a fair go.\u00a0 The Ballarat Amateur Radio Group has a policy that aims to enhance the safety, joy and happiness to all involved. We ask that all participants will support organisers by being actively on the lookout for inappropriate activities.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Attending the BARG Hamvention in any capacity signifies your agreement to not participate in\u201dpre-trading\u201d or activities that disadvantage one person over another.<\/p>\n<p>We are all wanting to have a great time, find a bargain or two and catch up with good people.
