The price remains the same whether you bring your own table or hire one.<\/li>\n \n \t<li><strong>Trader Entry:<\/strong> Includes entry for 1 person. One extra assistant can be added for $5 <em>(General admittance door prize tickets are not included)<\/em>. Additional helpers pay general entry.<\/li>\n \n \t<li><strong>Trader Access:<\/strong> Entry from 8:00 AM.<\/li>\n \n \t<li><strong>Booking Deadline:<\/strong> Friday, 29 January 2027.<\/li>\n \n \t<li><strong>Payment:<\/strong> Pre-payment is required at the time of booking to secure your table.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"> <\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co-Location Requests<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"> <\/h4>\nTo be placed near another trader, all bookings in your group must be submitted <strong>within 2 hours of each other<\/strong>.\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"> <\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n \t<li>Enter your co-location request in the <strong>&#8220;Other Comments&#8221;<\/strong> field of the online form.<\/li>\n \n \t<li>Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
